The tool enables a direct, mechanical translation of the text to be made on the website. Neither the Swedish Courts Administration nor any other authority within the Courts of Sweden (Sveriges Domstolar) can be held liable for the correctness of the translation.
Den föreslagna ändringen i regleringen i socialförsäkringsbalken 16 kap. 8 § andra stycket skulle möjligen kunna leda till att förhör med barn i större utsträckning åberopas som bevis i domstol. En sådan utveckling vore enligt hovrätten inte förenlig med barnets bästa.
